CHALLENGES

Before partnering with us, MEC PRIMO faced several challenges with their previous agencies, such as slow turnaround time, stagnant ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), lack of prompt response, and inefficient data tracking and analysis. The brand target’s premium segment is niche-specific to people who can afford luxurious clothing. The higher price point of the products added another layer of difficulty in identifying the right audience.

OUR STRATEGY

We understood the brand, its target audience, and what they need and applied our strategy in the following manner:


  • Broad Audience Targeting: our approach included targeting a broad audience instead of specific segments to understand and gather data to know what worked best for the brand. We gave our focus highly on key insights like location, age group, order areas, cities, and other order data insights to refine our targeting for maximized results. 
  • Compelling Content Creation: we crafted captivating ad copies showcasing products in a premium setting to attract the right audience. We also leveraged our content writing skills to educate about the benefits of wearing linen. Creating a shift in consumer perspective and positioning linen as the perfect year-round option rather than just a summer favourite. 
  • Remarketing: we implementing remarketing through social media to capture potential customers (followers) who have shown their interest previously. This allowed us to continually increase customer engagement and conversions. 
  • Platform Migration: to simplify data tracking, improve campaign analysis, and enhance scalability, we migrated the website to Shopify. 

 

RESULTS

Within just 3 weeks of performance marketing, we delivered a ROAS of 12, tripling the previous ROAS of 4 achieved by the brand’s former agency. In just 3 months, the brand secured 1000+ orders, generating sales worth ₹33,89,054.04 and maintaining an overall ROAS of 9.37.

 
These results were possible due to meticulous planning, continuous data tracking, insights monitoring, and crafting compelling ad copies with the use of effective designing and content writing.
