Payment Methods and Billing

If you purchase any digital marketing services from Digital Quester, you are agreeing to pay for those services in accordance with the following terms of payment and billing:

I. Payment Method: You will be required to pay all amounts associated with the services you purchase before receiving those services, unless otherwise agreed upon through written communication. Amount can be paid using one of the payment methods listed below and must be paid before receiving services. Payment methods accepted by Digital Quester include: bank transfer, UPI (Unique Payment Interface), credit card, debit card, and online gateway (where available).

II. Our Pricing: Our pricing for services is provided to you through written quotations, proposals, or invoices. Digital Quester retains the right to change its pricing at any time and will notify you of any changes before implementing the revised pricing.

III. Payment Ineligibility for Refund: Payments made for Digital Quester digital marketing services are not eligible for a refund. Work commences after the payment has been made, which means no refund will be issued.

IV. Late Payments: Any invoices that have not been paid by their due date may result in the following:

Delay in service provided to you
Suspension of ongoing projects/work being completed on your behalf.
Late Pay Penalty fees.
Digital Quester reserves the right to stop or pause all campaigns until full payment is made for all outstanding
invoices.

V. Third-Party Costs: If your project includes any third-party costs (like ad budgets – Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), tool subscriptions, or software costs, etc.), Digital Quester will invoice you separately for all of those costs and payment in full will be required prior to us being able to start work on your project.

Intellectual Property Rights

Digital Quester owns or has rights to all content, images, text, logos, or other materials found on the website and/or through the services provided by Digital Quester. All materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and cannot be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed, or otherwise used in any way without the prior written consent of Digital Quester.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, availability, reliability, or suitability of our website or services. Any use of our website or services is done at your own risk. Digital Quester is not liable for any errors, interruptions of service, delays in service, or related issues/problems on this platform.

Limitation of Liability

Digital Quester cannot be held liable for any damages to you, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special and/or punitive damages as a result of your use of Digital Quester’s website or services, even if Digital Quester had previously been advised or made aware of this possibility.
